The mysteries of the animal world

Chicken:Chickens are the only poultry that lay eggs every day.

Chicken

Chickens lay eggs every day, and when they have about 10 eggs, they start to incubate them.

While she is incubating the eggs and caring for the chicks, she does not lay any more eggs.
Once the chicks hatch, the hen takes care of them.

However, the hen keeps laying eggs because the person who keeps her takes the eggs away every day. A single hen can lay nearly 300 eggs in a year.
They will lay new eggs if their eggs are stolen or destroyed.
