Chinese cabbage
The most common type of Chinese cabbage is called Napa cabbage. It has a long, loose head with light green leaves and a thick white stalk. It has a mild, slightly sweet flavor and crisp texture. It's popular in Korean kimchi and Chinese stir-fries.
