Debris refers to scattered pieces or fragments of something that has been broken, destroyed, or discarded. It can refer to various types of materials, such as rocks, rubble, tree branches, metal scraps, or any other kind of waste material that is left behind after a natural disaster, construction work, or other types of events that result in the destruction or removal of physical structures or objects. Debris can also refer to the remains of space vehicles, rockets, or satellites that have entered the Earth's atmosphere and burned up upon reentry.
